Tea Party Packages

We recommend 4 to 6 weeks at minimum to secure your reservation, but of course the earlier the better.
Each tea party is customized for an optimal the experience and it allows adequate shipping time for design element special orders.
No worries and thank you for trusting us. We will guide you and your guests through your first tea party. Tea Rose hosts will set-up up your party so you can focus on your guests and sip peacefully.

Of course! We offer a variety of savories, scones and sweets to choose from for your palate pleasing petite bites.
Ask about seasonal or custom offerings during your consultation.
Each party package is inclusive of a guest count with the ability to add additional guests. It is not required to meet the guest count, however, there is not a reduction in price for your selected package if you do not meet the count in totality.

Of course! Tea Rose offers the premium loose leaf teas served at parties for retail along with tea ware and tea time accessories.
We know accidents happen, however, at tea parties broken tea ware is preventable. During the tea party, we ask guests to be seated while tea is served and gently handle the china. In the event, china is broken during the party, the replacement value will be charged to your card on file.
Absolutely! We offer a Just Tea for Me package that allows you to choose from our signature collection premium tea with adornments, tea ware rental and tea service.

During our party party consultation we will discuss your party size, vision, and budget to offer venue recommendations. We have a list of venues across Middle Tennessee for all party sizes to assist in finding the ideal location to execution your vision.
We offer luxe tea party experiences for all as a way to foster and maintain meaningful connections through conversations over one of the most common fellowship activities – consuming food and drink. In the fast-paced life of today’s technological society, adults and children alike have increasing screen time which lack true social engagement. The value of this window of time is the genuine social and emotional connectedness for guests.
At this time we do not offer free tastings but you can always order our delicious food items a la carte to taste.

Reservations/Booking

To secure your booking a deposit of 50% is required. All booking requests that have not been paid a deposit are defined as tentative and dates & time slots cannot be guaranteed. Example, if another party books the same date, requests the same time and pays their deposit 1st you would then lose your tentative booking.

Once you receive your Tea Rose proposal, invoice, contract and the deposit is paid your booking will be confirmed and you will be emailed a receipt.

Deposits apply to the total purchase.

The balance must be paid in full at least 14 days prior to your high tea or luxury picnic, unless other arrangements have been made in writing with Tea Rose.

For short notice bookings, the full balance will be due upon invoice to secure services.

Refunds

Tea Rose will refund the entire purchase amount if we are unable to provide our services. This clause does not cover client-initiated cancellations. If Tea Rose is unable to provide services (or part of) due to extenuating or unforeseen circumstances, clients may not make any claim other then a full refund of deposit.

Event Cancellations

Our clients may initiate booking cancellations, but the deposit will be forfeited, no exceptions.

In special circumstances and at Tea Rose approval, we do allow clients one complimentary reschedule within a 90- day period, subject to date availability.

Client cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event will forfeit the entire booking amount.

Inclement Weather for Picnics

In the event of rain, hail, sleet, natural disaster, acts of God, government mandates, Tea Rose will work with you to transfer your booking to another date. Refunds are not provided due to inclement weather.

Covid-19 Policies & Restrictions

If an event cannot take place due to restrictions imposed by public health orders or other similar government directives, (total lockdown or when gatherings of 15 or more guests is not allowed), the Customer will be entitled to request that the event is moved to a different date without charge. Tea Rose will liaise with the Customer to help secure an alternative date, but it does not warrant that any dates specifically requested by the Customer will be available.– In the event of moderate government restrictions (gatherings of 15 or more guests allowed), the Customer can either proceed with a reduced number of guests or postpone their event to a later date without penalty, provided that the Customer gives Posh Teatime Co. sufficient written notice (at least 7 days prior to the event date).

If less than 7 days notice prior to the event date is given, a 25% fee of the invoice total will apply to compensate for expenses already incurred by third party suppliers, labor costs, staffing costs, etc. (such as time to prepare your order, expenses on ingredients for your food etc..).– In any of the circumstances above, if the Customer elects to cancel rather than to postpone an event, the holding deposit will be forfeited and our standard cancellation policy will apply.

In the event of cancellation due to personal reasons, anxiety over Covid-19, unhappy to proceed with reduced guests, unhappy to postpone an event etc. the holding deposit will be forfeited and our standard cancellation policy will apply.

Booking Changes

If the number of guests in your party increases, please notify Tea Rose via email at partea@tearosenashville.com  7 days prior to the event. Unfortunately, if guests cancel we can not make any price adjustments, but you will receive the same amount of food per person as selected with your package (more delicious left overs to take home).

Our tea packages do not include tables & chairs. We partner with event rental companies and provide referrals.

Our luxury picnics include sitting pillows and picnic tables.

We gladly offer food sensitive options for additional $15 per person.

Glad you asked! During your tea party consultation, we will discuss any themes and color palettes for your event. We can send pictures of our available inventory. After securing  your deposit, we will secure the china/tea set of your choice.
